Application Information

The FashionPact Professional Skills Internship is a selective program with limited space. We are able to accept one intern per shift at each FashionPact location, so unfortunately not every applicant can be offered a position.

Applicants will be evaluated based on their commitment to completing the full semester, reliability, willingness to learn, professionalism, and enthusiasm for developing workplace skills. Previous work experience is not required.

This internship is designed to mirror the expectations of a professional workplace. Because each intern receives individualized training and mentorship, regular attendance is essential. We ask interns to attend every scheduled shift unless they are ill or have an approved absence.

FashionPact is committed to providing equal opportunity to all applicants. We welcome students from all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Because this internship is designed to prepare students for future employment, selected interns will be expected to arrive on time, communicate responsibly, demonstrate a positive attitude, and consistently fulfill their internship commitment throughout the semester.
