WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. Please let us know if we made a mistake and sold you an item that is flawed. We try our best to screen everything, but sometimes we miss flaws, and would love the opportunity to make it right.
HOW DO DONATIONS WORK?
We accept any fashionable donations. Including all clothing, accessories, and even home goods. When you donate you get to select which local organization will benefit from your donations. If you bring items we can't use we will donate them to charity.
IS FASHION PACT A NONPROFIT?
No. Fashion Pact is considered a Social Enterprise meaning that we are for profit and, for good. Since the state of Alaska doesn't yet offer this type of business structure, we are structured as an LLC.
CAN I NOMINATE AN ORGANIZATION?
Yes please! We want YOUR favorite local organization to benefit from your visit at FashionPact. Please refer your favorite organization here to apply.
HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF ALL THE DONATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS?
It is all computer automated. Each item is tagged with a completely unique QR barcode that indicates where the donation for that item will go. When purchasing an item, the shopper indicates where they would like the donation from their purchases to go. When the transaction completes, the computer system automatically keeps track of which organizations get the donations. Then, monthly, a report is ran and the organizations receive their donation money.
