Hospice of Anchorage

Hospice of Anchorage is a Volunteer Hospice comprised of a team of volunteers, nurses, social service coordinators, and bereavement coordinators. We care for patients and their loved ones and help them navigate their serious illness. We are Anchorage's community resource to help Alaskans live safely at home. Our loan closet offers free resources (wheelchairs, commodes, incontinence supplies) and our Resource Center is filled with hundreds of free books on care-giving, dementia, chronic illness, children and loss and much more. We have a Dementia Care Corner with free robotic pets, music players, and fidget blankets.
