We help victims cope with trauma and grief, and ensure their rights are observed within the judicial system. By championing victims' rights, victims can heal while advocating change in the criminal justice system. We specialize in serving and advocating for victims of assault, robbery, arson, kidnapping, elder abuse, child abuse, drunk driving, sex trafficking, and the surviving family members of homicide victims.
Donations received are used to pay for essential program support of direct services to clients. These services include: emergency financial assistance, trauma and grief counseling, court accompaniment, assistance with victim impact statements and much more. Victims for Justice is the only organization in the state that provides these services to victims of violent crime outside of domestic violence and sexual assault.
All of our services are free of charge.
